Due to the custom nature of our printing process, shipping times typically range from 4 to 6 weeks. While we strive to deliver your order as swiftly as possible, this timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality standards for each piece of art we produce.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.

International Shipping + Duties & Taxes

Gallery Twelve proudly offers international shipping to our customers worldwide. Please be aware that while we provide free shipping, any duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities in your country are the responsibility of the recipient. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refund eligibility and timelines

Once we receive the returned artwork and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund process. You'll be eligible for a full refund if the artwork is returned within the specified 30 days, in its original condition. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your artwork for another piece from our collection, we're happy to accommodate your request. Simply reach out to our support team within 30 days of receiving your order, and they will assist you in selecting the new artwork. Any price differences will be handled accordingly, and we'll ensure a seamless exchange process.
